Member of the Group Audit Committee, the Group Finance and Investment Committee, and the Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee. 

Professional Background: 
Sandile Gwala is an experienced business leader with a background in accounting, finance, information systems and performance management. He is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of a business consultancy firm that provides advisory services to both local and international clients. 

Before establishing his consultancy, Sandile served as a Group Executive Director and Partner at Deloitte South Africa, where he also worked within the firm’s UK and Denmark operations. He has previously served as a non-executive director of the Global Business Services industry body and Business Process Enabling South Africa. 

In addition to his corporate experience, Sandile holds a non-executive role and serves on various Board sub-committees of the non-profit organisation Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator. 

Qualifications: Sandile holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Systems, a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Auditing, and a Master of Business Administration.
