Professional Background: 
Stan Miller is a seasoned business leader with more than 30 years of international experience in telecommunications, media and technology, recognised for leading growth and transformation across diverse and evolving markets. 

Stan currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of United Group, a leading telecommunications and media company operating across Europe. He is also a Board member of VEON Ltd, a multinational telecoms operator listed on NASDAQ and AEX, where he serves on the Strategy, Nomination and Remuneration Committees. 

In addition to his listed company roles, Stan is Chief Executive Officer and owner of Athena Investment Holdings SPF SA in Luxembourg, Leaderman NV in Belgium, and Leaderman SARL in Luxembourg. He is an investor, shareholder and director of several private companies he owns and acts as senior advisor to private equity and hedge funds in the TMT sector. 

Stan’s career includes extensive Board and executive experience with listed companies across multiple exchanges, including JSE, NYSE, MOEX, AEX and NASDAQ, where he has served on audit, risk, strategy, remuneration, nomination and ESG committees.
