Professional Background: 
Noluthando Gosa is an experienced corporate leader and entrepreneur with a career spanning telecommunications, business strategy, investment management and corporate governance. She currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Akhona Group. 

A Founding member of South Africa’s telecommunications regulator, ICASA, she has held senior roles in the telecommunications and financial sectors, including at a leading South African bank where she was a top-rated sell-side telecommunications analyst. 

Noluthando also serves as a non-executive director on several companies where she is a shareholder, including Bidvest International Logistics (Safcor Freight) Pty Ltd and APEX Financial Services Group. Noluthando is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Sasfin Wealth and Asset Management and has previously served on multiple JSE-listed Boards, including ArcelorMittal South Africa, Investec Asset Management (now Ninety One), AON South Africa, Broll Property Group, Verimark Holdings and Hulisani (Pty) Ltd. She is also a director of various companies in the MTN Group. 

Qualifications: Noluthando holds degrees in communications and business, including a BA (Hons) in Communications, a Certificate in Telecommunications Regulation and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
