Member of the Risk Management and Compliance Committee, the Finance and Investment Committee, and the Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee. 

Professional Background: 
Lamido Sanusi is a respected economist and banking professional with extensive experience in finance, banking regulation and monetary policy. His career reflects a strong focus on strengthening governance, transparency and institutional integrity within the financial sector. 

He also serves as Non-Executive Chairman of Black Rhino Management Services (Pty) Ltd and holds directorships in several MTN Group companies. 

Qualifications: Lamido holds a Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and in Islamic Law, and a PhD in Islamic Law.
