Professional Background: 
Vincent Rague is a seasoned investment executive with extensive experience in banking, insurance, infrastructure and private equity across Africa and global markets. He is the Co-Founder and non-executive partner at Catalyst Principal Partners, a Nairobi-based private equity firm, where he serves on the Investment Committee and the Board. 

He also serves as Non-Executive Chairman of Jambojet Limited, a Nairobi-based low-cost airline, and as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Harith Group. In addition, he is a Trustee of the Pan African Infrastructure Fund and a member of the Global Advisory Council at the Darden Business School, University of Virginia. Vincent also holds directorships in several MTN Group companies. 

Qualifications: Vincent holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Economics and Statistics and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has completed executive development programmes at Harvard Business School in Boston, USA, and at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
