Member of the Finance and Investment Committee, the Directors’ Affairs and Governance Committee, and the Human Capital and Remuneration Committee. 

Professional Background: 
Sindi Mabaso-Koyana is an accomplished corporate leader with extensive experience in financial management, audit and governance, recognised for her role in promoting inclusion and excellence in South Africa’s business landscape. She is the Founder and Executive Chairperson of African Women Chartered Accountants Investment Holdings (AIH), an investment company owned and led by women and serves as Managing Partner of AIH Capital Private Equity Fund. 

She currently serves on the Boards of MTN Zakhele Futhi, the Zenex Foundation, the Bidvest Group and Sun International. Her earlier executive and Board roles span multiple industries, where she has contributed to strengthening governance, compliance and financial sustainability. 

Qualifications: Sindi is a Chartered Accountant [CA(SA)] and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Accounting.
