Professional Background: 
Herman Bosman is an experienced financial services executive and board chair with extensive leadership experience across banking, insurance, property, investment and listed‑company governance.

Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of RMB Holdings and RMI Holdings, Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Bank South Africa, and Head of Corporate Finance at Rand Merchant Bank. He has held several non‑executive directorships, including at Discovery Limited, FirstRand Limited and Hastings plc, and serves on the boards of various non‑profit organisations.

He is currently Chairman of RMB Holdings, OUTsurance and Fortress Real Estate, and also chairs MTN Group Fintech (Mobile Money).

Qualifications Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelors of Law, Masters in Law and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
